Stick to the Plan

As a successful remodeler you know what steps are needed to complete a project to reach your client’s goals.

You know what you need to do, how you need to do it, and why, to get the result your client desires. Each project is unique and you have successfully mastered its individual processes.

But just as your projects have a purpose, goal, and end result, what about your company?

A company’s mission statement helps to keep you and your employees focused and on track- keeping you from going “off the rails”. A concise but specific mission statement gives your company a purpose, states where your company is going, how you will get there, for whom you do it, as well as the value of your product or service.

As you well know, every structure needs a solid foundation; a well written mission statement will give your company just that.

Don’t know where to start? Start with one sentence – ask your employees to contribute and be sure to share your mission statement with all of your employees and your customers.    Find Out Where To Start
